When you submit a booking request or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, requested dates, vehicle interest, and any notes. If you call or text, we keep normal call and message records.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate (for example, our form relay service delivers your booking request to our inbox) or when required by law.
Booking information is retained as long as needed for business and legal records. Reasonable safeguards protect the information we hold.
You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it by emailing rentals@blackandredexotics.com. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA through the same address.
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page.
