Agreement
These terms govern all rentals and website use with Black & Red Exotics LLC ("we," "us"). By booking a vehicle you agree to these terms and to the rental agreement signed at handoff.
Driver Requirements
- Renters must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Full-coverage auto insurance is required and verified with your provider before handoff. We work with all major U.S. carriers.
- Additional drivers must be approved and meet the same requirements before driving.
Reservations & Deposits
- A refundable deposit secures your dates and is collected at booking.
- A security deposit is authorized at handoff and released after the vehicle is returned in the condition it left.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery receive a full refund of the booking deposit. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
Use of Vehicle
- Mileage allowances are specified per booking; additional miles are billed at the rate quoted in your rental agreement.
- No smoking, track use, racing, off-road driving, or towing.
- Vehicles may not leave California without prior written approval.
- Tickets, tolls, and violations during the rental are the renter's responsibility.
- Vehicles are returned with the same fuel level as delivered.
Liability
The renter is responsible for the vehicle from handoff to return. Damage beyond normal wear, and any costs not covered by the renter's insurance, are the renter's responsibility per the signed rental agreement. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or events outside our control.
Website
Site content, branding, and imagery belong to Black & Red Exotics LLC and may not be reused without permission. Vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice; the signed rental agreement controls over website content.
